My credit/debit card payment was declined. What should I do?

Place a new order

If your payment is declined, you will need to place your order again. We are unable to recover the order once payment has failed.

Double-check your card details to ensure all information is correct, including the expiry date.
Confirm you have entered the security code correctly — this is the three-digit number found on the back of your card.
Your payment may have been rejected by your card issuer. As they do not share the specific reason with us, we recommend contacting your bank for clarification.

If you have completed all the checks above, please try paying with an alternative card or another available payment method.
